ICICI Bank has reported a strong financial performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), highlighting significant growth in both quarterly and annual profit figures. Quarterly Highlights – Q4 FY25
ICICI Bank’s profit before tax (PBT) excluding treasury activities saw a 13.2% year-on-year increase, reaching ₹16,534 crore. The core operating profit for the quarter stood at ₹17,425 crore, up 13.7% from the same period last year.
The profit after tax (PAT) recorded for the quarter was ₹12,630 crore, registering an 18% year-on-year growth, reflecting effective cost management and robust revenue generation.

For the entire fiscal year 2025, ICICI Bank maintained strong growth across key financial metrics:
- Profit before tax (excluding treasury): ₹60,713 crore, up 11.4%
- Core operating profit: ₹65,396 crore, up 12.5%
- Profit after tax: ₹47,227 crore, showing a 15.5% increase over the previous year
